We are excited to announce that our study, “Cell-free RNA reveals host and microbial correlates of broadly neutralizing antibody development against HIV”, has been accepted for publication in PLOS Pathogens.

In this work, we investigate how circulating cell-free RNA (cfRNA) can provide insights into the biological processes associated with the development of broadly neutralizing antibodies against HIV. By profiling host and microbial signals in blood, the study identifies molecular signatures linked to immune responses that may contribute to protection against HIV infection.

The project was the result of an international collaboration involving researchers from the University of Gothenburg, CAPRISA, Harvard Medical School, Stanford University, and several partner institutions.
