Joan Camunas Receives European Diabetes Research Award

We are proud to share that Joan Camunas has been awarded the EFSD–Novo Nordisk Foundation Future Leaders Award, a prestigious European award recognizing outstanding early-career research leaders in diabetes.

The award provides support for innovative diabetes research and highlights the growing impact of the Camunas-Soler Lab’s work on understanding cellular dysfunction in human disease.

This recognition will help advance our efforts to develop genomic technologies that reveal how individual cells contribute to disease and therapeutic responses.
